This is a challenging position with a high level of internal and external communications. The Customer Service Representative is an extension of our sales team and a liaise, on a daily basis, between our Customers, Account Managers and the facility departments; Operations, Design, Shipping. This individual will also support and promote current and future business opportunities as well as lead various projects. U.S. Corrugated hires career-minded individuals who can best fill our needs for the future of the company. Responsibilities: Provide formal quotes Coordinate shipping schedules Manage and track inventory Initiate outside manufacturing orders Create and process manufacturing orders from specs Process orders for current products Maintain a customer base Qualifications: Detail oriented to ensure accuracy 4+ years customer relations experience in the corrugated industry Superb customer service and administrative skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to analyze and solve problems Ability to make sound decisions Must be willing to build relationships and develop oneself
