| Packaging Engineer IL 65 - 85k (J#11708) Education: Bachelors Degree Experience: 4 - 9 years Leading manufacturer is currently seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a variety of packaging projects to support engineering assignments. You will plan and perform engineering research and help to continuously improve cost reduction opportunities and packaging designs without jeopardizing packaging structures. A major challenge of the packaging engineer will be to respect the global environment issues on packaging materials and ability to be recycled. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology/Packaging or equivalent. Packaging experience required. Experience with AUTOCAD, CAD,CAM systems beneficial.
